About Me
This is the full picture — who I am, what I’ve done, what I study, and the measure I use.
Adam Oshien
Ordained Minister · Biblical Hebrew Scholar · Writer · Formulator · Veteran · Father
I became an ordained minister. I’m a Biblical Hebrew scholar. I’m a father of four. I’ve been married over twenty years. I’m a veteran of the Iraq War. I’ve played piano for forty years. I spent nearly a decade as a professional photographer. I’ve been a vaccine awareness and informed-consent educator for twenty years. I’ve traveled to the pyramids of Egypt for a quantum physics retreat, to study the convergence of modern physics with ancient architecture firsthand. I’ve walked with the Lord through combat and through loss. And in that walk, I’ve come to a settled conviction:
Jesus is not threatened by anything I read, because He is the measure that proves it all.

The Method
Everything I read is tested against one standard: Jesus Christ, who said of Himself, “I am the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6). He is Truth incarnate. He is the measure.
The Hebrew word for truth is Emet (אמת) — a word that spans the alphabet from aleph (א, the first letter) through mem (מ, the middle) to taw (ת, the last). Structurally, it embraces the whole alphabet from beginning to end — the Hebrew articulation of what Christ names Himself in Revelation 1:8 and 22:13 as “Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end.” Emet is not a separate authority. It is the Hebrew name for the standard Christ embodies.
So when I read something — physics, Kabbalah, Chinese medicine, Hindu metaphysics, Nag Hammadi, quantum mechanics — I ask one question: does it pass the measure of Christ? What survives, I keep. What fails, I discard, and I can tell you why. What is uncertain, I hold with discipline until more light comes. That isn’t syncretism. That is discernment — a word Scripture uses specifically for this operation (Hebrews 5:14). The frame underneath all of it is Romans 1:20: “the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made.” Clearly seen. Through what has been made. That is the whole world, not a narrow lane of pre-approved sources.
Ministry & Fruit
Scripture gives one test for discerning a man’s walk: “Ye shall know them by their fruits” (Matthew 7:16). From 2018 to 2022, I founded and ran Phoenix Ministries — a work that at its peak was feeding one thousand starving children per month in India, funded entirely out of my own pocket at approximately $30,000 per month at the peak. The work was verified weekly through photos, videos, and live video calls with the ministry partners on the ground. It ran until two of my businesses collapsed and I no longer had the income to sustain it. I have also worked with trauma release modalities, including the therapeutic use of quartz crystal singing bowls grounded in current research on polyvagal theory and somatic approaches to trauma — a practice currently in a quieter season while other callings take precedence, and one I intend to return to.

Fields of Study
I study widely, textually and in the field — Hebrew Scripture with Rashi, Onkelos, and the Chumash commentaries; the Greek New Testament; the Nag Hammadi library and Kabbalistic literature; Buddhist, Hindu, and Taoist philosophy; quantum physics, electromagnetism, and optics; biochemistry, pharmacology, organometallic chemistry, glycoimmunology, and crystallography; Chinese and Western medicine; botany, mathematics, and sacred geometry; music theory and acoustic resonance (forty years at the piano); computer science and locally-hosted AI systems; visual composition and the behavior of light (nearly a decade as a professional photographer); and sacred architecture, standing in it and reading it as the testimony of its builders.
Everything is tested against the measure of Christ.
Writings
I give my written work away freely — no cost, no paywall, no email capture, no strings. Three books are currently available this way: The Measles Protocol, Through The Eye of The Needle, and Jesus: The Power in His Name. The Case Against Circumcision. Wired For Struggle. And many others.
Christ’s commission in Matthew 10:8 is clear: “freely ye have received, freely give.” These are months of research, writing, and design each, donated to anyone who wants to read them, because the One who gave me what I know did not charge me for it.
Vaccine Awareness & Informed Consent
For twenty years I’ve worked in vaccine awareness and informed-consent education — helping families access primary research, understand risk-benefit analysis, and exercise the medical ethical principle of informed consent in their own health decisions. This is foundational bioethics applied to a specific category of medical intervention, grounded in the principle that patients have the right to full information about anything administered to their bodies or their children’s bodies.
Where I Stand
I test everything against the measure of Christ. When Scripture speaks clearly, Scripture governs. When Scripture is silent, I hold the question open and keep working. When something fails the measure, I discard it. When something passes, I keep it — regardless of what language it was written in or what culture produced it — because truth is truth, and the Creator of all truth is not threatened by His own creation testifying to Him from every corner of the earth.
If you have questions about anything I teach, write, or produce, I’d rather be measured than hidden.
