The Writings

“Freely ye have received, freely give.” — Matthew 10:8

What follows is the full body of written work — finished books, monographs, and children’s storybooks, written across the last several years in a single sustained line of inquiry. The threads braid: biology into theology, chemistry into scripture, Hebrew linguistics into cell biology, children’s stories into mechanism. One body of work, one method, one Source.

I’ll update each title’s availability status — available, coming soon, or being adapted into a full course — as I move through publication decisions.

For now, the point is that the writing itself is done.

This is the full picture — who I am, what I’ve done, what I study, and the measure I use.

The Faith Works

Christ-centered theology, Hebrew scholarship, and the mathematics of the Name.

Jesus: The Power in His Name

Jesus - The Power In His Name.png

Five independent streams of evidence — mathematics, biology, geometry, chemistry, and encoded history — converging on a single Name. The book walks the reader through multiplicative English gematria (JESUS = 4,320, connecting to 432 Hz, the Sun’s radius, and the Great Pyramid’s scale), the G7 cipher applied to CHRIST (√18,900 = 137.48, the reciprocal of the fine structure constant), Greek isopsephy on Lord Jesus Christ (= 3,168, the Earth’s mean diameter), and the YHWH equation expressing the Tetragrammaton’s ancient mathematical relationship to the constant governing all light.

The passion flower’s anatomy, named in 1610 before biochemistry existed, is examined as a botanical signature of the crucifixion. Sir Alan Green’s cryptographic work on the Shakespeare Sonnets title page — the encoded coordinates of the Great Pyramid, 275 years before Greenwich was agreed upon as a prime meridian — is presented with full attribution to tobeornottobe.org.

Thirty-three pages. The length is not an accident. The book is written for the believer and the skeptic simultaneously, and asks the skeptic for nothing but a calculator.

Through The Eye of The Needle

What a Needle, a Nesting Doll, and Eternity Have in Common.

A short book that began when I watched my daughter learning to sew at our kitchen table. It takes Christ’s words about the camel and the needle’s eye and reads them through three images: a child threading a needle, a Russian matryoshka doll, and the phi-ratio geometry that permits self-similar structure across scales without distortion.

The thesis is that scale is not a barrier but an axis — that eternity is the coherence relationship between scales, and that entering the kingdom is not a physical relocation but the recognition of structural identity across scale.

Christ Himself is the shape of the needle’s eye; the Beatitudes are descriptions of the alignment that permits the passage. Small book, deep territory.

The Aleph

The journey through a single Hebrew letter — the Aleph — as the container for spiritual energy, the 1 and the 1000 (echad / eleph), the wonder (pela) revealed when the letter is spelled backwards, and the geometry of 137 that appears in the structure of YHWH itself. The book opens with the birth of the ego (Wayne Dyer’s E.G.O. — Edging God Out) and the Masa (journey) back through separation toward union with the Creator.

It develops the Hebrew gematria of ADAM, the hybrid gematria of 1440 (the minutes in a day, what it means to live as a complete Human Being), and the mirror between the macrocosm and the microcosm reflected in the human body. Includes extended material on 137, the fine structure constant, the Great Pyramid’s King’s Chamber, and the convergence of Aleph, YHVH, and the mathematics of light.

The Thirteenth Gate

Dan, the Passion Flower, and the Biology of Eternal Life.

A full-length synthesis of Revelation 21, the twelve cell salts, and the biochemistry of complete cellular coherence. The New Jerusalem is examined not as impossible architecture but as a constitutional map of complete human biological wholeness — twelve gates corresponding to twelve tribes, twelve zodiacal archetypes, and twelve mineral cofactors.

The absence of Dan from the Revelation 21 tribal list is traced through Genesis 49 (Dan the serpent), Numbers 21 (the bronze serpent), and John 3:14 (where Jesus explicitly identifies His own death with the Nehushtan). Dan’s constitutional position maps to the terminal sulfation step of the methylation cascade — the gate blocked in 40–60% of the modern population by MTHFR genetics and compounded by glyphosate’s disruption of the shikimate pathway in the gut microbiome.

Then the Passion Flower, named Flos Passionis in 1610 for the event that fulfills the serpent type — four hundred years before its three primary compounds (apigenin, chrysin, and the harman alkaloids) were found to address each of the three layers of the blockage with mechanistic precision. Section 7b, the Corpse Flower / Witness Plant section, documents that a Corpse Flower (Amorphophallus titanum) bloomed one hour away in St. Paul on the day the book was conceived, broadcasting sulfur chemistry and tryptophan-scaffolded indole as its pollination signal — the Dan archetype rendered botanical at the moment of writing.

The book is tier-graded throughout (T1 established / T2 frontier / T3 interpretive synthesis) so the reader can always see which claim rests on what evidence.

The Health & Biochemistry Works

Mechanism-level writing on the body.

Wired for Struggle

Glyphosate, MTHFR, COMT, and the Inherited Architecture of Modern Suffering.

A long-form examination of why so many people in the modern world feel depleted, anxious, and sensitive in ways that resist every conventional explanation.

The book works through MTHFR genetics (the C677T and A1298C variants, their global distribution, the clinical consequences of a methylation cycle running at 30–70% capacity), COMT (the WARRIOR vs. WORRIER polymorphism and what it does to catecholamine clearance under chronic stress), and NR3C1 — the glucocorticoid receptor gene whose methylation state inherits trauma across generations. Glyphosate is examined mechanistically: EPSP synthase inhibition in the gut microbiome, manganese and divalent-cation chelation, the counterfeit-glycine substitution hypothesis labeled honestly as frontier territory.

The book also treats pediatric interventions where informed consent has historically been thin — circumcision pain response, aluminum adjuvant chemistry, the Hepatitis B birth dose, the Somali autism cluster in Minneapolis, and the William Thompson CDC whistleblower material — as case studies in how modern medical architecture collides with a biology it was never designed around.

Grief Biochemistry Monograph

A formal monograph on what happens in the human body under prolonged grief. The three-pronged kynurenine shunt (TDO2 + IDO1 + MAO) is traced step by step as the biochemical mechanism by which chronic stress diverts tryptophan away from serotonin and oxytocin production and into inflammatory downstream products.

The monograph builds nine intervention layers across the full architecture — glucocorticoid receptor restoration (NR3C1 epigenetic reprogramming), NMDA receptor memory reconsolidation, CREB restoration via DISS from Polygala tenuifolia (Yuanzhi), microtubular coherence at the tryptophan aromatic indole rings (the Orch OR substrate), and the terminal Chamazulene Field Protocol layer that integrates botanical photophysical reactors (chamazulene, myrrh, bergapten-containing bergamot, frankincense incensole acetate) with triplet-triplet annihilation upconversion and neuromelanin’s broadband photon antenna function in the locus coeruleus.

The three-tier evidence discipline runs the whole document. Written for clinicians and for grieving people who want to understand what is happening to their body while it happens.

The Living Water

The deep protocol synthesis. Nine-part architecture, 45 chapters, the full-length treatment of water chemistry, deuterium depletion, the substrate of coupling, and the alchemy of structured water as the foundational medium of human biology. The book integrates the Sugar Code and the Noble Metals material, the coupling principle, and the design-session substrate work into a single coherent reference.

Baptism — The Little Sun and The Doorway To Rest

A long-form synthesis that reads the baptismal act as the single densest scriptural image of descent-and-return — the going-under and the coming-up — and traces its architecture across the Hebrew text, the body’s own chemistry, and the physics of structured water. “The Little Sun” is the ancient image of Christ as the sun of righteousness, received in the baptismal moment; “The Doorway to Rest” is the entry into the Sabbath of the body that Hebrews 4 describes — a state the body can actually arrive at, not merely a theological category. The book is about the geometry that makes that arrival possible.

Most of the length is a careful Hebrew-first reading of the Samson narrative — Samson as solar hero (shemesh, the sun), the Nazarite consecration as a specific physiological architecture, LiLit and Manoach (the nuach axis of rest) as the two poles the whole story runs on, Delilah re-read as the initiatory doorway rather than the betrayer, the pillars at Gaza as the architecture of the coincidentia oppositorum, and the burial in the father’s tomb as the closing of the loop that the whole cycle was engineered to close. The reading is not metaphorical. The Hebrew names, the geographical settings, the numerical structures, and the ritual architecture are taken seriously as instruction, and when they are, a coherent operational picture emerges that the surface preaching has usually missed.

From there the book moves into the two-blend topical architecture — a Purification layer applied daily across months as the slow preparation, and a Baptism layer deployed for the descent-and-return itself — treated as the aromatic counterpart to what the scriptural operation is accomplishing at the level of nervous system, cerebrospinal fluid, and mitochondrial water. The two layers are built on a specific keystone molecule, a left-handed-pinene-rich frankincense variant, and a fixed-oil base chosen for its behavior at the lipid membrane. The chemistry is covered in enough depth that a reader with any pharmacological training can see why each decision was made; the lay reader gets the architecture without the molecules.

The Scarlet Thread layer — the older companion blend from Song of Solomon — appears as the deeper register the Baptism blend was always pointing toward.

The book runs the full tier discipline (T1 Hebrew etymology and verifiable science, T2 Kabbalistic and mystical reading, T3 the synthesis offered here, T4 explicitly speculative material held with clear labeling, and Tier D for direct-received material that honors its own distinct verification standard rather than hiding inside textual attribution). Readers always know what rests on what.

Among the finished works it is the book where the braid of scripture, chemistry, and operational practice is tightest.

The Whole Maker

A book-length plant monograph built around Goldenrod — Solidago, the plant whose name is its thesis — and the chemistry of mending what has been divided. The book opens with the plant itself: how Goldenrod grows, how it is traditionally read across European and indigenous American herbal lineages (where it is almost never the plant people think it is — the ragweed confusion has cost it most of its reputation in the modern allergy-conscious reader’s mind), and then moves into the actual chemistry — the specific monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes, the saponin fraction, the flavonoid envelope — read with the full plant-reading method the children’s book Planetary Passion in Plants teaches.

The planetary signature is laid out against the Hasler correspondence tables so the reader can follow the argument. Kunzea is treated as the chemically adjacent partner that completes what Goldenrod alone does not reach, and the book spends real time on why the two together operate differently than either apart.

The theological center of the book is the oxytocin / OXTR receptor architecture — the molecular substrate of bonding, trust, and the lived experience of davaq in the Hebrew sense. The clinical picture is honest: a nervous system in chronic sympathetic overdrive down-regulates the oxytocin receptor even when oxytocin itself is present, and most of the modern disconnection people describe is a receptor problem more than a hormone problem.

The book works through what actually restores receptive capacity at the cell-surface level, where Goldenrod and Kunzea land, and why the whole-making the name points toward is not sentimental but mechanistic.

The Measles Protocol

A ten-chapter clinical reference book that holds the line on exactly the honest ground the measles conversation almost never occupies: the one where both audiences — the pro-vaccination reader and the vaccine-skeptical reader — are told, with full receipts, where each of them is right and where each of them is wrong.

The book opens with The Mirror: a careful side-by-side of what the surface literature actually says versus what the primary sources show, and the specific places where the two have diverged over the last forty years. From there it walks the terrain approach to a measles infection in the kind of clinical detail a parent or a holistic practitioner can actually use at the bedside — the WHO’s own vitamin A dosing architecture (two doses, twenty-four hours apart, scaled to age), the zinc and vitamin D supporting pillars, cod liver oil, hydration architecture, fever management without antipyretic suppression, and the specific red-flag presentations that genuinely warrant hospital-level care. The historical mortality data is laid out as it actually was: the pre-vaccine morbidity curve had already dropped by over 98% before the 1963 vaccine, and the book explains why — nutrition, sanitation, and specifically the nutritional status of vitamin A in the pediatric population.

The second half of the book is where the ground gets rougher and the honest reporting matters most. Chapter 7 carries the vaccine-strain immune amnesia question, the vaccine-strain shedding and outbreak-attribution evidence (what genotyping actually showed in several high-profile outbreaks that were publicly attributed to the unvaccinated), and the route-of-entry distinction — mucosal vs. intramuscular — that makes natural infection and injection two fundamentally different immunological events. The Somali cluster in Minneapolis is covered as its own case study, as is the William Thompson / Simpsonwood / DeStefano material and the thimerosal record. The aluminum-adjuvant chemistry and the shape of the current childhood schedule are treated in enough depth that a parent walking into the pediatrician’s office actually has the vocabulary to ask the real questions.

The final chapter is the complete clinical protocol pulled into one usable document.

The Advocacy Works

Parental rights, informed consent, medical autonomy.

I’m In Your Vaccines

Published in 2019 on Amazon under my prior name, Adam Ringham, and the single most direct piece of writing in my advocacy record. The book was built the only way a book on this subject can honestly be built — from the manufacturer’s own package inserts. Every ingredient catalogued is one the manufacturer themselves lists under their own excipient disclosures, filed with the FDA, available to any clinician or parent willing to open the PDF.

The book does the work of actually reading those inserts and translating what they contain into language a parent without a pharmacology degree can carry into the pediatrician’s office.

The ingredient architecture is covered in the order of greatest exposure. The aluminum-adjuvant section walks the aluminum hydroxide and aluminum phosphate chemistry, the pharmacokinetic difference between oral aluminum (poorly absorbed, rapidly cleared by a functional kidney) and injected aluminum (deposited at the injection site, engulfed by macrophages, redistributed systemically with a residence time measured in months to years), and does the cumulative-dose arithmetic of what a child on the full current schedule receives across the first eighteen months of life. The FDA’s own pediatric parenteral aluminum safety limit — 5 µg/kg/day — is set against what the schedule actually delivers, which is the math the pediatrician is almost never shown.

The preservative section covers formaldehyde residuals, 2-phenoxyethanol, and the thimerosal record (its removal from most pediatric vaccines after 1999, its persistence in multi-dose influenza formulations, and what the Simpsonwood transcripts actually said about the internal CDC conversations around it). The emulsifier chapter covers polysorbate 80 and polysorbate 20 — not because they are toxic in oral food exposure, but because of their documented behavior at the blood-brain barrier when delivered parenterally. The growth-medium residuals section is the one most readers find hardest: the aborted fetal cell lines WI-38 and MRC-5, their origin, the residual human DNA fragments the manufacturers themselves disclose in the insert, and the ethical architecture the Catholic and most other classical Christian teachings have put around the use of those lines.

The antibiotic residuals — neomycin, polymyxin B, gentamicin — are covered for the sensitization risk they carry, not as acute toxicity. Each ingredient gets the same treatment: what it is, what it is doing in the formulation, what the pharmacological profile looks like at the pediatric injection dose, and what the peer-reviewed literature has actually documented about its behavior in that specific context.

The register throughout is deliberate. The book is not a polemic. It does not tell the reader what to decide. It gives the reader the ingredients, the sources, and the math, and leaves the decision where it belongs — with the parent, in full informed consent, equipped to ask the actual questions. Bioethics-first, same discipline that runs the vaccine-awareness sub-page.

The book stays in print on Amazon under the Ringham name; the current store page will also carry it.

The Case Against Circumcision

What They Cut From Your Son Without His Permission.

The book opens with a Preface written to two readers at once — the parent still deciding, and the man who already knows something was done to him without his consent before he was old enough to object — and asks the second reader to stay with whatever shifts in his chest when the question is finally put plainly.

Part One traces the actual historical origin of routine American infant circumcision, which is not medicine. It is John Harvey Kellogg and the Victorian anti-masturbation moral panic — Kellogg’s own 1877 words, cited directly, prescribing circumcision performed without anesthesia on small boys specifically so that the pain would connect the genitals to the idea of punishment. The same physician advocated carbolic acid applied to the clitoris of girls for the same reason. One of those practices became federal crime under the Female Genital Mutilation Act of 1996; the other became a hospital billing code. The book makes that double standard its throughline.

Part Two covers what is actually being removed — the foreskin as a specific innervated organ with roughly 20,000 specialized nerve endings (Meissner’s corpuscles, Krause end-bulbs, the ridged band, the frenulum) — and walks the Sorrells, Bronselaer, and Morris sensitivity-study literature, including what each study found and where each was methodologically contested.

Part Three covers the neonatal pain response: cortisol spikes documented in peer-reviewed infant physiology literature, the sugar-water protocol and what it does not actually accomplish, the infant brain that encodes the trauma whether or not the cortex has the architecture yet to narrate it, and the mortality figures the AAP will not display on a billing sheet (approximately 117 American boys dying every year from an elective procedure most parents believe is routine).

Part Four is the section I am most serious about: three chapters doing the Jungian mapping of the mother wound, the father wound, and the abandonment wound as they show up in the psychological architecture of the circumcised man — attachment patterns, anger regulation, sexual compulsion, the sabotage of what he loves before it can leave him. I wrote those chapters for the man who gets halfway through the book and feels something he does not yet have the language for.

Part Five is the single chapter that makes the entire book undeniable: the double standard. The girl America would never allow to be cut, and the boy America cuts 1.2 million times a year without pausing. Part Six follows the money — the billion-dollar foreskin supply chain (dermal grafting, cosmetic skin products, research-grade fibroblast cell lines), what medical schools teach about the procedure and what they conspicuously do not, and the research questions no agency is funding. Part Seven closes with the bodily-autonomy argument from first principles and the cycle-ends-with-you chapter addressed to the father reading the book with a pregnancy underway.

Every factual claim is cited. Every citation traces to a primary source — peer-reviewed journal, government record, federal statute, or published clinical study — and the Primary Sources are organized by chapter at the back of the book, built for a parent who intends to actually check them.

The register is reference, not polemic. The book does not tell the reader what to decide. It gives them the history, the neurology, the economics, and the double standard, and leaves the decision where it belongs.

Other Works

God’s Fingerprints Are Everywhere.

Planetary Passion In Plants

A children’s book — written for my own children, but readable by anyone — that teaches the plant-reading method through three plants: Roman chamomile, Geranium, and Peony. The book walks through the doctrine of signatures (Romans 1:20 as the master key), the Sefer Yetzirah’s Cube of Space, and the Hasler planetary correspondence tables, and then reads each of the three plants in turn: chamomile’s Sun-in-the-flower and Moon-in-the-petals and Saturn-Aquarius growth habit, geranium’s Mars-opposed-Saturn blade chemistry that dissolves scar tissue, and peony’s extraordinary architecture of Venus above ground and Saturn-century root below with no middle note between — the olfactory nerve bypassing the thalamic relay to deliver limbic impact.

Includes The First Correction (the moment the student corrects the teacher) and the Patchouli self-reading at the end — the method turned inward on the author’s own state.

The book carries the tier system (T1/T2/T3) so children learn from the beginning that different kinds of claim deserve different weight.

Joseph’s Cloak of Many Colors — The Ketonet Passim

A full-length teaching book in the voice of The Aleph — companion to it, teaching the garment the way The Aleph teaches the single letter. First-pass manuscript complete October 2026 at roughly 75,000 words across sixteen chapters plus introduction. The book takes the ketonet passim — Joseph’s many-colored coat — as a precise Hebrew encoding of the glycocalyx: the sugar-and-noble-metal information substrate coating every cell in the human body, where the “many colors” are the literal spectral signatures of monoatomic gold, silver, iridium, rhodium, and the rest of the noble-metal catalog embedded in a 22-letter glycan alphabet.

The biblical story is walked through in full, then opened chapter by chapter into Hebrew etymology, the sulfation code, the capture code, Joseph’s dream-interpretation treated as resolution rather than magic, the pineal reception layer, Noah read as nuach (rest) with the ARC retrotransposon capsid as the molecular ark and sleep as the actual dream-reception architecture, Codiaeum and Palma Christi as the plant signatures of the coat, and a sympathetic chapter on David Hudson’s monoatomic work paired with the manna hypothesis — atmospheric electrochemistry precipitating sugar-metal clusters, labeled honestly as hypothesis.

The Science of Cathedrals

The sister book to The Ketonet Passim, completed as a full seventeen-chapter draft in October 2026 at roughly 105,000 words.

Where Ketonet Passim covers the coat — the biology inside the reader — The Science of Cathedrals covers the Architect’s architecture: the same engineering patterns rendered at the macro and meso scale across the historical record. The book opens at Abu Gorab (the Sun Temple of Niuserre, between Abusir and Saqqara, which I visited during an Egypt trip) and reads it as a paired-obelisk Schauberger-implosion water-levitation installation at the 400:1 Sun-Moon astronomical ratio.

From there it walks the Great Pyramid as the earlier, more ambitious multi-function implementation of the same principles (Christopher Dunn’s power-plant reading engaged seriously but reframed as one function among several), Shakespeare’s Sonnets 1609 as Alan Green’s second testament encoding the twelve fundamental mathematical constants of the Great Pyramid 275 years before Greenwich was agreed upon, the Hoysala lathe-turned musical pillars at Belur and Halebidu tuned to the Saptaswara scale, the Vittala Temple at Hampi, the Gothic flowering at Chartres and Notre-Dame and Reims and Lincoln (the 1311 moment when Lincoln’s spire reached 160 meters and overtook the Pyramid as the tallest structure on Earth, 1,278 years after the Resurrection), Chartres blue stained glass as colored structured light, the labyrinth as consciousness-altering technology, pipe organ metallurgy and the twenty-person operator teams the great instruments required, Eric Dollard’s cathedral work and the two-speaker DIY cathedral mimic, Earth-field physics (Schumann resonances, telluric currents, longitudinal waves), and the astronomical alignment of every structure named. The receiver anatomy — pineal, fornix, hemispheres — and the glycocalyx as biological cathedral close the arc.

Chapter 17 is “The Net on the Right Side”: the 153 fish of John 21 read at the resurrection apex, with the arachnoid mater as the net, cerebrospinal fluid as the water, and the right hemisphere as the right side.

Christ-centered throughout — the missing capstone as prophetic sign (Ps 118:22, Isa 28:16, Eph 2:19-20, 1 Pet 2:6-7), Isaiah 19:19-20 identifying the pyramid as the altar and pillar in the midst of Egypt. Sir Alan Green at tobeornottobe.org carries the primary attribution for the Sonnets/Pyramid encoding throughout.
